Alppihuuru is a magnificent three-story log villa with a spacious layout, set in peaceful privacy as the highest cabin on Kehä 1 road (with empty plots next door) – yet right in the heart of the ski resort.

​

On the middle floor you’ll find a welcoming entrance with plenty of storage, a combined kitchen and dining area with seating for 16, and a cozy living room. This level also features two bedrooms with double beds and a WC.

​

The lower floor offers a fireplace lounge with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, a large dressing room, WC, bathroom with two showers, a spacious sauna, and a 4-person steam sauna. From here you can step directly onto the terrace with an outdoor fireplace and hot tub, as well as swings and a small slide for children.

​

The top floor includes two separate bedrooms (3 beds and 4 beds), plus a lounge with a sofa bed with a spring mattress. There are no steep stairs.

Total capacity: 13+4 guests (+ baby travel cot) – perfect for 3–4 families, each with their own privacy.

Every floor has a terrace with wide, open views over the beautiful Kainuu fells. The cabin’s furniture is all newly replaced, with high-quality Bellus beds and sofas (medium and hard firmness options).

Alppihuuru is also an excellent choice for companies and associations: the dining room table seats 17 people, and the living room TV can be used for presentations.

​

The large yard has parking for six cars, four with heating outlets. In winter, you can even make the longest sledding hill in Kainuu right on the spacious slope. Ski trails and snowmobile routes start directly from the backyard.

​

Additional highlights include free Wi-Fi, a large water heater ensuring hot water for everyone, and mechanical ventilation for fresh indoor air.
