This top-floor penthouse in a small apartment building offers stunning panoramic views over the Kainuu hills and old-growth forests, both from inside the apartment and from its spacious balcony.

Naava is built on two levels.
The lower floor includes an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom, and sauna.
Upstairs, a loft area (accessed by steep stairs) features two separate 90 cm single beds and one 160 cm double bed in an open-plan space.

The apartment retains much of its original charm, but the sofas, beds, and kitchen furniture are new, high-quality pieces for your comfort.

Outside, you’ll find a dedicated parking space with an electrical outlet and access to a shared barbecue hut for residents.

Ukkohalla offers activities and experiences for all ages throughout the year —
downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, mountain biking, hiking trails, ATV routes, a spa, bowling alley, horse riding, wakeboarding, fishing, and frisbee golf.
